I had hoped that the COVID 19 would never have such an effect on our lives, it appears that it has, and will continue to. While we stay home, there are many things to do. Those cleaning or sorting jobs we've been putting off for years. Baking cookies or my favorite, casseroles!
Crafts are also very good. Particularly if you have children home with you. Evidently many crafters feel the same way. I've been busy bagging and shipping for at least 6 hours every day, 6 days a week. I'm hoping you all will have time to email or text me pictures of your projects!
This is just a quick email to highlight one of my favorite yarns.
Last fall, our local shops did a Fox 4 Love Fund event where many hats, scarves and mittens were knit for the children in our area. Out of the group of patterns the Copy Cat Hat pattern by Emily Ingrid, rose to the top of popularity. I knit a few, and decided Kathmandu Aran 100 would be awesome, and it was! I ended up needing 2 hanks due to the fact that this hat is slouchy and has reverse stockinette and ribbing.
